About the Role:

The Operations Executive will manage daily collections, maintain accurate account records, prepare reports, and support smooth team operations. Strong communication, customer relationship, and MS Excel skills are key for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow up daily on collections and ensure timely payments.
Maintain a healthy book of accounts with accurate records.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports; manage and update data in Excel.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and convincing skills.
Collaborate efficiently with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Adapt to dynamic work requirements and maintain flexibility.
Utilize MS Excel and company software for daily operational tasks.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
Proficient in MS Excel and comfortable using company software.
