Operations Executive

The Operations Executive will be responsible for helping students in their continuous professional development by giving timely support and guidance.

Major Responsibilities:

Certificate Data Management:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student certifications.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely generation and distribution of certificates.
• Monitor and update certification status in internal systems and databases.

Student Information Management:

• Organize, update, and verify student records and information in the database.
• Support tracking of student progress, attendance, and placement-related updates.
• Assist in preparing student reports and dashboards when required.

Event and Activity Coordination:

• Plan and manage student-focused events such as

  convocations

  ,

  orientation programs

  batch welcoming activities

• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of all student engagement initiatives.
• Provide on-ground support during student events and coordinate logistics as needed.

General Administrative Support:

• Assist in communication with students regarding important dates, events, and documentation.
• Contribute to process improvements within the student operations team.

Ad-hoc Activities:

• Support additional operational and administrative tasks as assigned by the management to meet evolving business needs.
