Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Operations Executive. The Operations Executive will manage day-to-day business operations, oversee operational efficiency, and ensure smooth execution of workflows. Responsibilities also include implementing operational policies, collaborating with various teams to optimize processes, and analyzing performance data to identify areas for improvement. Additionally, the role may involve assisting in project management and ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong Operations and Operations Management skills
• Proven Analytical Skills to interpret data, solve problems, and drive performance improvements
• Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills for effective internal and external collaboration
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred
• Prior experience in operations or a similar role is an advantage

Compensation

• Monthly salary: ₹20,000 -₹25,000 (based on experience and performance)
