Operations Executive Banking Process

As an Operations Executive in the banking sector, your role will involve handling backend and branch-related tasks efficiently. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Handling day-to-day banking operations and backend processes. - Verifying and maintaining customer documents and records. - Coordinating with sales, credit, and disbursement teams. - Preparing MIS reports and ensuring data accuracy. - Supporting loan processing, file checking, and disbursal activities. To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Graduate in any stream (Commerce preferred). - Basic computer knowledge, especially in MS Excel and Word. - Strong communication and coordination skills. - Previous experience in banking or finance will be considered an added advantage.
