About The Role

Project Role :Operations Engineer

Project Role Description :Support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement.
Must have skills :Microsoft SQL Server Administration

Summary:As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements. Your typical day will involve monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery. You will also engage in proactive maintenance and optimization of systems to enhance operational efficiency and reliability. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures and best practices.- Monitor system performance and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with service agreements.
