About the Role At Zime, we are seeking an Operations and Prompt Quality Specialist who will play a crucial role in managing daily business operations, overseeing product operations, evaluating prompt outputs, and supporting Generative AI training initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of operations, product quality, and prompt engineering, contributing directly to the refinement of AI-generated outputs and internal process excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day business operations to ensure smooth coordination, timely task execution, and workflow alignment across teams.

• Conduct quality evaluation of AI-generated prompt responses, ensuring outputs meet high standards of accuracy, relevance, and tone.

• Assist in Generative AI tuning and prompt training by identifying patterns, analyzing model behavior, and working closely with the product and prompt teams.

• Drive product operations by managing internal process documentation, task tracking, SOP creation, and continuous improvement efforts.

• Track task status, maintain operational dashboards, and provide timely reports to leadership on performance and areas for improvement.

• Collaborate across teams to align operational efforts with product objectives and customer expectations.

Who is the Right Fit:

• Experience in business operations or product ops, with a strong sense of ownership and execution rigor.

• Familiarity with Generative AI, LLM outputs, or prompt-based models—comfortable evaluating the quality and intent alignment of generated responses.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify gaps in output quality, suggest improvements, and assist with prompt optimization.

• Strong skills in Google Sheets, documentation tools, and task-tracking platforms to organize and present data effectively.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally across operations, product, and technical teams.

• A proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and is driven by outcomes and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

• 1–2 years of experience in operations, product ops or a similar role - preferably in a tech or AI-led company.

• Exposure to Generative AI workflows, LLMs, or prompt engineering is a strong advantage.

• Strong time management and multitasking abilities in high-growth environments.
