Operational Assistant

We're seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Operational Assistant to support our busy radiology center. In this role, you'll assist with patient flow, administrative tasks, and operational support, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our patients.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assisting with patient registration and check-in processes.
• Providing clear and concise instructions to patients.
• Helping to ensure patient comfort and address basic inquiries.
• Helping with patient transport within the facility.

Administrative Support:

• Assisting with scheduling appointments and managing patient records.
• Performing data entry and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Handling phone calls and correspondence.
• Assisting with the organization and maintenance of departmental supplies.

Operational Assistance:

• Observing and assisting technologists and radiologists with various procedures.
• Assisting with the preparation of examination rooms and equipment.
• Learning about the operation and maintenance of radiology equipment.
• Assisting with the flow of digital images.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

• Observing and adhering to HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality guidelines.
• Assisting with quality improvement initiatives.
• Learning about and adhering to safety protocols, including radiation safety.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
