Job Description

As a customer service representative, your primary responsibility will be helping customers with their queries in a timely and professional manner. You will also be involved in reviewing daily activities, managing vendors, placing orders with vendors, and overseeing the duties and performance of the team members. It will be essential for you to maintain accurate documentation of paperwork and conduct daily checks on the ongoing stocks to ensure smooth operations.
