OD&I Project Integration Manager

Role - OD&I Project Integration Manager
Location - Pune
Experience - 7-12
Work Mode - Hybrid
Shift - General
Contract Period - 1 Year (will convert or extend based on the performance)

(Candidates getting hired for this position on EY Payroll)

Support the New Product Introduction initiative; lead to drive the global common initiatives and link directly with markets on their priorities and coordinate with the global roadmap and activity owners, including managing risks, assumptions and milestones
Manage global supply chain Offer Development & Innovation, and cost competitive projects

interdependencies ensuring effective and efficient resolution of risks and issues

Education

Degree or equivalent professional qualification(s) is desirable.

Experience

Track record of effective leadership of teams and / or networks - with necessary credibility

to influence Supply Chain, marketing, Technology, Sales, and other stakeholders.

Deep experience in product and project management.

Experience in Lubricants is preferred

Skills & Competencies

Business Partnering, Commercial Acumen Skilful;
Core Supply Chain competencies (Logistics, HSSE, Supply Planning, Manufacturing) Skilful.
Project Management Skilful.
Ability to communicate, challenge and influence stakeholders at different levels-Mastery.
Ability to manipulate data and information sets into management reports-Skilful
Analytical Skills- Skilful
Good understanding of Lubricants formulation, Technology, new product introduction

process, and the considerations for Supply Chain to deliver successful product launches
