Designation : ASSOCIATE GENERAL MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Ensure smooth delivery of coding operations across specialties, maintaining compliance with client SLAs and industry standards.
Maintain high-quality coding standards and compliance with ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and payer-specific guidelines
Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing coding team with strong engagement and minimal attrition
Serve as the primary operations point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and confidence in delivery
Drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and support business growth in coding services
Implement process improvements, technology adoption, and automation in coding workflows.

COMPETENCIES / SKILL SET :

1.15-20 years of coding expertise.

2.Managed multiple speciality coding projects with 100-150 FTEs operationally.

QUALIFICATIONS & WORK EXPERIENCE :

Any Graduate or Post Graduate with minimum 15-20 years of coding expertise
Managed multiple speciality coding projects with 100-150 FTEs operationally.
Specialty - Multispecialty Coding (With experience in Ortho Surgery, EM, Behavioral, Dental Coding added advantage)
