About The Role

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented MERN Full-Stack Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js), modern frameworks like Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and Material UI, and familiarity with AI-assisted code editors. You will help build scalable, responsive, and high-performing web applications while collaborating with designers, and product managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js, and Next.js.
  • Build responsive and interactive UI components using React.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and Material UI.
  • Design and develop RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.
  • Work with databases to design schemas, write queries, and ensure efficient data management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Leverage AI-assisted code editors for faster and efficient development.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
  • Follow best practices in code quality, security, version control, and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 6 months to 2 years of professional experience in full-stack web development using the MERN stack.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, Node.js, and Express.js.
  • Strong knowledge of Tailwind CSS and Material UI for frontend development.
  • Good understanding of MongoDB (Mongoose or similar ODMs).
  • Experience in building and consuming REST APIs.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted code editors (e.g., GitHub Copilot).
  • Experience with Git/GitHub and version control best practices.
  • Basic understanding of deployment and cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Vercel, Azure).
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
