Job Description

We are looking for a Lead Architect / Modeler with strong expertise in designing and modernizing transactional applications and databases (OLTP systems). The ideal candidate will bring a blend of hands-on technical leadership, solution design, and client-facing pre-sales experience to deliver robust and scalable enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead design & development of transactional databases and OLTP applications.

Drive data modeling, performance optimization, and modernization of legacy systems.

Collaborate with architects & business teams to deliver scalable, cloud-ready solutions.

Support pre-sales activities solutioning, proposals, client presentations, and POCs.

Mentor development teams and ensure delivery excellence.

Skills & Experience

Strong in relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL) & OLTP performance tuning.

Hands-on experience with application modernization, microservices, APIs, and cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Strong knowledge of data modeling, transaction management, and system design.

Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

Excellent communication, leadership, and client engagement skills.

Qualifications

12+ years of technology experience, with 3 5 years in a lead/architect role.

Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale transactional applications.
