Designation: Office Boy/Assistant (Male) Firm Name: Husain A. Shujai and Associates, Chartered Accountants Experience: Experienced Job Description: Mail and Courier Management: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and couriers. This includes sorting, distributing, and preparing items for dispatch. Administrative Support: Assist with basic administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, filing documents, and preparing meeting rooms. Office Maintenance: Ensure the office is clean, tidy, and well-maintained. This includes basic cleaning, organizing common areas, and reporting any maintenance issues. Stock Management: Monitor and replenish office supplies, including stationery, pantry items, and cleaning materials. Errands and Deliveries: Run errands outside the office as needed, such as depositing checks at the bank or delivering documents to clients. Hospitality: Prepare and serve refreshments for staff and guests during meetings or as requested. General Support: Provide general support to all departments and staff as needed to ensure smooth operations. Requirement: Prior experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
