Job Title: Admin Executive

Location: Pedhapalle village, Balanagar mandal, Mahabubnagar Dist
Department: Administration
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Executive to manage day-to-day office operations, support various departments, and ensure smooth business functioning. The ideal candidate should be organized, resourceful, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage office operations, including stationery, housekeeping, and facility management.
  • Handle vendor management, procurement, and maintain records.
  • Assist in HR-related tasks such as attendance, leave records, and employee engagement activities.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and manage correspondence.
  • Maintain office files, records, and ensure proper documentation.
  • Support finance team in billing, petty cash handling, and expense tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and assist in audits.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Commerce/any related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in administration or office management.
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing/engineering/electrical industry is an added advantage.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹28,220.49 per month
