Position Summary:

Office Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and handle incoming/outgoing correspondence
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital
  • Coordinate office schedules, meetings, and appointments
  • Support HR or accounting departments with clerical tasks (e.g., data entry, filing, onboarding)
  • Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as requested
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the office space

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
