Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our team as an Accountant & Office Administrator. The ideal candidate will handle all office administration tasks, manage accounting operations, and assist with business documentation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day office administration tasks efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate accounting records including entry of purchase bills in Tally.
  • Prepare invoices, quotations, and other financial documents.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely updates in Tally.
  • Assist with GST return filing and compliance.
  • Maintain and update records using Excel for reports and analysis.
  • Support management in budgeting, reporting, and other accounting-related tasks.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in Tally and accounting practices.
  • Good knowledge of GST return filing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
