Job Opening: Back Office & Accounts Executive – ML Tradelinks (Textile Sourcing Agency)

Role & Responsibilities:

• Enter daily orders, payments, and transactions into our system

• Maintain records of client payments and commissions

• Handle follow-up calls with clients & suppliers for payments/dispatch updates

• Coordinate with courier services for timely deliveries

• Support overall back-office operations

Qualifications:

• Graduate (Commerce background preferred, but not mandatory)

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets

• Good communication skills (Hindi/English)

• Attention to detail & willingness to learn

• Fresher or 1–2 years of experience welcome
