Job Description

As our Office Admin you are expected to fulfill responsibilities like managing daily office operations, providing administrative support to staff, and ensuring a smooth and efficient workplace environment. Key duties involve:

  • Must be able to handle wide variety of tasks to help the seniors get through the day to day chores.
  • Must also have good computer operating knowledge.
  • Must also know how to maintain sheets in Excel effectively.
  • Office operations: Oversee day-to-day functions to ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Administrative support: Handle tasks like answering phones, responding to emails, preparing documents, and managing correspondence.
  • Scheduling and coordination: Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel for staff. Manage conference room bookings and calendars.
  • Office management: Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment, place orders as needed, and oversee office maintenance.
  • Record keeping: Maintain and organize both physical and digital files and records.
  • Financial tasks: Perform basic bookkeeping, including tracking expenses, managing invoices, and assisting with budget tracking.
  • Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for internal staff, external clients, vendors, and visitors.
  • Event support: Assist in organizing and executing company events, such as staff meetings and social gatherings.
  • Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills: and the ability to multitask effectively. Excellent communication skills .
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with common office software: like Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • High school diploma: or a bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • Must have at least 1 year of prior office administration experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
