Job Description

JOB TITLE: Office Admin

JOB LOCATION: Kannur

Candidate Requirements

B.Com / BBA / BBM with a minimum of 2 years of experience in office administration or related roles.
Age below 30 years.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and basic accounting software.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to manage office operations efficiently and maintain proper documentation.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain records, files, and correspondence in an organized manner.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor enquiries professionally.
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments.
Assist in basic accounting tasks such as invoice preparation, petty cash handling, and expense tracking.
Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
