Overview We are seeking an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant with a strong command over Odoo modules and business process mapping. The ideal candidate will lead client engagements, provide strategic consulting, and ensure smooth ERP implementations from requirement gathering to go-live. This role requires someone who can independently manage projects, coordinate with technical teams, and deliver business value through Odoo solutions.
Key Responsibilities
● Engage with clients to understand business processes and map them to Odoo functionalities. ● Provide strategic consulting and guide clients on best practices and process optimization using Odoo. ● Lead end-to-end Odoo implementations, including requirement gathering, configuration, customization, testing, and go-live support. ● Work closely with the development team to ensure solutions are aligned with business needs. ● Conduct GAP analysis, prepare functional designs, and manage businessrequirements. ● Oversee testing cycles and validate the quality of delivered modules. ● Deliver client workshops, prototypes, and end-user training sessions. ● Prepare detailed documentation, including BRDs, functional specifications, test cases, and SOPs. ● Present ERP solutions to clients, including senior management and decision-makers. ● Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction. ● Act as a bridge between business users and the technical team, ensuring clarity and smooth execution.Requirements
● Proven expertise in ERP implementations with strong Odoo functional knowledge. ● Strong understanding of business processes across Finance, Sales, Inventory, HR, CRM, and Manufacturing modules. ● Ability to lead client discussions and translate requirements into scalable Odoo solutions. ● Excellent skills in documentation, business analysis, and functional testing. ● Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders at all levels. ● A proactive, solution-driven mindset with ownership of deliverables. ● Ability to work independently as well as mentor junior consultants.Preferred Skills
● Experience handling multiple end-to-end Odoo implementation projects. ● Strong project management and client engagement experience. ● Ability to propose innovative solutions and drive process improvements.
