Odoo Developer

We are seeking a skilled Odoo Developer to join our team and support ongoing development, customization, and optimization of our client’s Odoo-based platform. The client’s website and ERP system have been operational for the past 3–4 years, and we are now looking for an experienced professional to enhance and maintain its performance through advanced backend development and module customization.

Position: Odoo Developer

Location: Gurgaon 

Experience: 3+ years (preferred)

Employment Type: Full-Time 

·       Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules (mainly backend).

·       Perform product and eCommerce module customization as per client business requirements.

·       Design and implement new features using Python and Odoo frameworks.

·       Optimize existing modules to improve performance and scalability.

·       Integrate Odoo with third-party applications as needed.

·       Troubleshoot technical issues and provide robust solutions.

·       Collaborate with functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.

·       Ensure best practices in Odoo development, version control, and documentation.

·       Strong hands-on experience with Odoo (versions 13 and above).

·       Proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, XML, and Odoo ORM.

·       Solid understanding of Odoo backend customization and business workflows.

·       Experience in customizing Odoo eCommerce and product modules.

·       Ability to handle existing Odoo environments with minimal supervision.

·       Familiarity with Odoo API integration and custom module creation.

·       Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

·       Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

·       Experience with Odoo.sh or on-premise deployments.

·       Knowledge of Git or similar version control tools.

·       Prior experience in working with long-running Odoo projects or multi-company setups.
