Odoo Developer

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Odoo Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing, customizing, and maintaining Odoo applications to meet business requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and optimize business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize Odoo modules according to business needs.
• Integrate Odoo with other third-party systems and APIs.
• Maintain and improve existing Odoo applications and workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Odoo.
• Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Ensure code quality, documentation, and adherence to best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4–6 years of experience in Odoo development (Python, XML, QWeb).
• Strong knowledge of Odoo framework, modules, and API integration.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Linux, and version control systems (Git).
• Ability to customize reports, workflows, and dashboards in Odoo.
• Good understanding of business processes like Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, and CRM.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Must not be currently employed with any organization.
• Candidates from Gujarat only will be considered.

Optional / Preferred:

• Experience with Odoo 15 or later versions.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies like JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• Exposure to ERP implementation projects.
