Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Odoo Developer to design, develop, and maintain Odoo applications. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Odoo framework, module development, customization, and integrations. You will work closely with functional teams to enhance Odoo ERP solutions as per business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules and features.
• Design and implement new Odoo applications based on business requirements.
• Work on backend development using Python and Odoo framework.
• Optimize and improve the performance of existing Odoo applications.
• Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and APIs.
• Troubleshoot and debug Odoo-related issues and provide technical support.
• Perform data migration, script automation, and system optimization.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and end-users to ensure smooth implementations.
• Maintain documentation of development, configurations, and solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in Odoo development.
• Strong proficiency in Python and Odoo framework.
• Hands-on experience with Odoo ORM, API, XML, and QWeb templates.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL database and Odoo database management.
• Experience in developing custom Odoo modules and modifying existing ones.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies like JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS.
• Understanding of business processes related to ERP systems (Sales, Inventory, HR, Accounting, etc.).
• Experience in Odoo migration and version upgrades is a plus.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Odoo certification is a plus.
• Experience with Docker, Git, and DevOps tools for Odoo deployment.
• Experience in multi-company or multi-tenant Odoo environments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
