Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Odoo Developer who will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining Odoo ERP modules. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in Python and Odoo framework, along with a solid understanding of business workflows. This role requires analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and configure Odoo modules based on business requirements.
• Design and implement new features and functional flows within the Odoo environment.
• Work on integrating Odoo with third-party applications using APIs.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing Odoo modules.
• Develop backend logic using Python and create custom reports, dashboards, and workflows.
• Manage Odoo database operations, security settings, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with business analysts and end-users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Maintain technical documentation for modules, customizations, and processes.
• Perform Odoo version migration when required.
• Provide end-user support and training for Odoo functionalities.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Odoo development.
• Experience in Odoo module customization, API integration, and UI modification.

Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Python and Odoo Framework.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, HTML, XML, JavaScript, and QWeb reports.
• Good knowledge of Odoo architecture, ORM, workflows, and module development.
• Experience in integrating Odoo with external systems via REST APIs.
• Familiarity with Linux environments and Git version control.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Additional Skills (Optional):

• Experience in Odoo Enterprise Edition.
• Knowledge of Docker or cloud deployment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
