Role Overview: As a Nutanix Administrator at VIHA ENTERPRISE based in Mumbai, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Nutanix environment to ensure system uptime and stability. Your role will involve performing routine system checks, troubleshooting issues, implementing upgrades and patches, and ensuring compliance with security policies and procedures. You will work closely with other IT staff, provide support for IT projects, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the IT infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain the Nutanix environment to ensure system uptime and stability. - Perform routine system checks and troubleshoot issues as they arise. - Implement upgrades and patches to keep the system up to date. - Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures. - Provide support for IT projects and contribute to the overall efficiency of the IT infrastructure. - Collaborate with other IT staff for effective coordination. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Nutanix Certified Professional (NCP) certification would be advantageous. - Experience in Nutanix administration, system management, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues. - Proficiency in performing routine system checks and implementing upgrades and patches. - Familiarity with IT security policies and compliance. - Knowledge of Nutanix AHV, Prism Central, Nutanix Architecture (clusters, VMs, storage, and Networking). - Strong communication and teamwork skills for effective coordination with colleagues. - Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
