Tech Lead (Data Engineering)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable and reliable data processing solutions on AWS.

• Architect and implement big data processing pipelines using Apache Spark on AWS EMR.

• Build and deploy Serverless applications with AWS Lambda, integrating with other AWS services.

• Utilize Amazon EKS for container orchestration and microservices management.

• Design and manage complex data workflows with Apache Airflow.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and ensure seamless integration.

• Mentor and guide team members in Java best practices, cloud architecture, and data engineering.

• Monitor and optimize solution performance and cost across AWS infrastructure.

• Stay updated on emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience in Java development

• Proficiency in Apache Spark for distributed data processing

• Expertise with AWS services EMR, Lambda, EKS, Airflow

• Solid understanding of Serverless architecture & microservices

• Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities

• Strong problem-solving & communication skills
