About the Role

Node.js Developer

Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain efficient server-side applications using Node.js.
Design and implement RESTful APIs, GraphQL services, or WebSockets as needed.
Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members for seamless integration.
Optimize applications for high performance, security, and scalability.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Implement and manage SQL/NoSQL databases.
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.
Participate in code reviews, agile practices, and knowledge sharing.

Required Qualifications

2+ years of professional experience
as a Node.js Developer or similar backend role.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
Hands-on experience with frameworks like Express.js, NestJS, or Koa.
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices.
Experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Familiarity with authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth, etc.).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Jasmine).
Understanding of DevOps and monitoring tools.
