• Technical Excellence: Develop optimised, bug-free Node.js applications with strong MERN stack expertise
• Code Leadership: Review and mentor junior developers' code, ensuring best practices and standards
• DevOps Mastery: Handle Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, AWS, Redis, and complete CI/CD pipeline management
• Team Management: Guide junior developers, participate actively in meetings, and take ownership of projects
• Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges with creative solutions
• Expert in Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, MySQL
• Strong DevOps skills: Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, AWS, Redis
• Advanced understanding of MERN stack fundamentals and concepts
