NodeJs Backend Developer

Job Title: Node.js Developer (3–4 Years Experience)Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Node.js Developer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in building scalable, high-performance backend services and APIs. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js frameworks, database design, cloud services, and RESTful architecture. You will work closely with our engineering team to develop robust server-side logic, optimize application performance, and ensure high responsiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize server-side applications using Node.js.
• Build and manage RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
• Write clean, reusable, and efficient code.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, QA engineers, and product teams.
• Implement security best practices and data protection measures.
• Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL), including schema design and query optimization.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development workflows.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
• Deploy and monitor Node.js services in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–4 years of professional experience as a Node.js backend developer.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with frameworks such as Express.js, NestJS, or Koa.
• Solid understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.
• Experience with MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or other databases.
• Knowledge of API design patterns, authentication (JWT/OAuth), caching, and session management.
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments.
• Understanding of version control tools like Git.
• Ability to write unit and integration tests (Jest, Mocha, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Good to Have

• Experience with GraphQL.
• Knowledge of message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka, Redis Pub/Sub).
• Exposure to microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Pay: ₹149,530.21 - ₹905,758.35 per year
