Key Responsibilities

Develop, enhance, and maintain backend services using
Node.js
Design and build
scalable REST APIs and microservices
Write
clean, efficient, testable, and optimized
backend code
Apply strong
DSA and problem-solving skills
to build high-performance systems
Collaborate closely with product, frontend, and DevOps teams
Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical planning
Ensure system performance, reliability, and security standards

Mandatory Skills

Strong proficiency in
DSA (Data Structures & Algorithms)
with excellent problem-solving skills
4+ years
of hands-on experience with
Node.js
Strong knowledge of
JavaScript/TypeScript
Proven experience building
RESTful APIs and microservices
Good understanding of
SQL/NoSQL databases
(MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)

Good to Have

Experience working with
AWS
,
CI/CD pipelines
, and
Docker
Knowledge of
Redis

Kafka
, RabbitMQ or similar caching/queueing systems
Understanding of distributed system design patterns
