Manage LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, hostel networks, and network devices.
Oversee computer labs, IT equipment installation, and maintenance.
Support online examination systems and admissions/exam platforms. Support implementation projects and coordinate with vendors.
Guide support teams and ensure timely issue resolution.
Maintain IT security, access controls, and documentation.
Ensure compliance, audit readiness, and proper record management.
Strong networking knowledge (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi, switches/routers/firewalls).
System administration basics and troubleshooting expertise. Good coordination, communication, and project execution skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
Ability to work under pressure and manage timelines.
Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/ECE.
Preferably CCNA, MCSA certified.
