Networking Sales

Role and Responsibilities

· Build business by identifying and selling prospects.

· Sell Networking Products, Solutions & Services across vertical Viz: Enterprise, Manufacturing, IT / ITeS e.t.c.

· Manage Develop & Get recurring business from the developed accounts by cross selling solutions offered by Conventus.

· Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to expand sales.

· Develop and maintain relationship with OEMs to enhance sales in market place.

· Develop and deliver sales forecasts in line with business objectives.

· Implement the sales strategy to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded in marketplace.

· Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, seminars/webinars.

· Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information technology, Business).

· Should be minimum Graduate and above. Engineers with MBA would be preferred.

Preferred Skills

· Strong understanding of networking technologies, protocols, and concepts.

· Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

· Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.

· Goal oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.

· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

· Proficiency in sales tools and CRM software.

· Ideally should understand basic networking technology with relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, Comp TIA Network+), though preferred but not mandatory.

· Should be able to do sales planning.

Experience Requirements:

· Proven experience in technical sales, with a focus on networking solutions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
