Networking Engineer

As an IT Networking Engineer, your role will involve designing, configuring, and maintaining the organization's network infrastructure. This includes working with hardware devices such as printers, routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers. You will be responsible for performing network maintenance, system upgrades, and implementing network protocols like TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, DHCP, and DNS. Monitoring network performance, troubleshooting issues, and providing Level-2/3 support will also be part of your key responsibilities. Additionally, you will need to work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure the success of changes made to the network infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: - Design, configure, and maintain Windows, LINUX, and iOS systems - Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues for uptime, reliability, and security - Implement and manage network protocols such as TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, DHCP, and DNS - Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve network issues - Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures - Liaise with vendors and IT personnel for problem resolution Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field - Proven experience as a Network Engineer with strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Solid understanding of networking protocols and technologies - Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic, and network analytics tools - CCNA certification preferred If you meet the qualifications and have the required experience in computer networking, particularly for at least 2 years, and possess a CCNA certification, this IT Networking Engineer position in Mohali, Punjab could be an excellent fit for you.,
