Networking Engineer

In this role at Apple, you will be providing operations and deployment support for Apple's Retail network, addressing a wide range of business challenges. Key Responsibilities: - Work on tickets, perform break fixes, and maintain/upgarde existing networks - Contribute to technical and procedural documentations - Drive operational excellence to deliver the best customer experience - Collaborate with multi-functional groups and work across the globe Qualifications: - 3 to 7 years of working experience in IPv4, IPv6, TCP, and BGP - Solid grasp of large-scale LAN and WAN networking technologies - Hands-on experience with Juniper SRX firewalls and Cisco wireless controllers - Experience with Fortinet/FortiGate firewalls and VPN technologies is a strong plus - Proficiency in either Linux or other variations of UNIX - Strong analytical and organisational skills - Experience working in large-scale environments - Flexibility to work in shifts - Professional and Expert-level Wireless and Firewall Certifications preferred At Apple, you will have the opportunity to contribute to innovative products, services, and customer experiences.
