About the Role

Network Test Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Perform
network testing and monitoring
to validate performance and reliability.
Conduct
bandwidth and latency analysis
for different communication environments.
Use
iPerf and similar tools
for throughput and performance measurement.
Test across multiple
mobile networks (3G/4G/5G)
to ensure compatibility and stability.
Simulate
network conditions
such as high latency, low bandwidth, and packet loss.
Document test cases, results, and provide recommendations for optimization.
Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and network engineers to resolve issues.

Must-Have Skills

Strong background in
network testing and monitoring
.
Experience with
bandwidth and latency analysis
.
Proficiency in
iPerf or similar tools
for network performance testing.
Hands-on experience with
mobile network testing (3G/4G/5G)
.
Ability to perform
network condition simulation
.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with
Charles Proxy
for traffic inspection.
Familiarity with
Network Link Conditioner (iOS)
.
Knowledge of
Android network debugging tools
.
Exposure to
CDN and edge computing concepts
.
