We are seeking individuals who are self-motivated, creative, and agile to collaborate with our top talent and redefine networking. **Key Responsibilities:** - Work closely with customer and product teams to understand new requirements - Write Feature Spec covering the requirements and detailed design - Implement improvements and features individually or as part of a team - Triage and resolve internal and customer found issues - Evaluate and integrate third party libraries - Conduct peer reviews of Feature Spec, Code, Test Plan, and other engineering documents - Enhance the performance and scale of existing features/solutions - Assist in the interview, onboarding, and mentoring of new hires - Plan, schedule, track, and periodically report the project status up to customer delivery **Qualifications Required:** - BS/MS/PhD in Computer Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent degree - Proficiency in writing high-quality C/C++ code - 8+ years of relevant hands-on development experience in technologies such as: - Large-scale control plane protocols - BGP, ISIS, LDP - Design and development of Overlay Technologies - L3VPN, EVPN, VxLAN - Technical exposure to Segment Routing based fabric - SR-MPLS, SR Policy, SRv6, uSID, Flex Algo - Troubleshooting large-scale deployments **Bonus:** - Prior work experience in a startup or venture-backed company is advantageous.
