About Us:TRISECURE INDIA is a fast-growing technology services company delivering high-performance network and cybersecurity solutions. We are seeking a versatile NOC & SOC Engineer to manage network operations, monitor security, and design customer-focused solutions.⸻What You’ll Do:• Monitor network and security operations 24/7 in the NOC and SOC; troubleshoot and resolve issues proactively.• Implement and manage cybersecurity tools: firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, VPNs, endpoint security.• Conduct vulnerability assessments, risk analysis, and mitigation strategies.• Engage with customers to understand requirements and design tailored networking and cybersecurity solutions.• Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to implement solutions and optimize infrastructure.• Maintain documentation, support audits, and ensure compliance with security standards.⸻What We’re Looking For:• 4+ years experience in NOC operations, SOC monitoring, and customer solution design.• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, MPLS, DNS, VPNs, and cloud integration.• Hands-on experience with NMS and cybersecurity tools (SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, endpoint security).• Certifications like CCNA/CCNP, CEH, CISSP, or Security+ preferred.• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and customer-facing communication skills.⸻Why Join Us:• Competitive salary + benefits.• Exposure to cutting-edge network, security, and solution design technologies.• High-impact, multi-functional role with professional growth opportunities.
