We are hiring Network Support Engineers (L-1). The minimum qualification required is Graduate BE/B.Tech and Postgraduate MCA/M.Tech with specialization in Computers/Electronics/IT or M.Sc. in CS/IT/Statistics/Electronics. Freshers can apply; however, experience or certification in GPON would be an added advantage and is desirable. Candidates must have good knowledge of troubleshooting and management of network technologies, along with a basic knowledge and understanding of a “Network Operation Centre” of any magnitude and its functioning. They should also possess a basic understanding of GPON technology and components such as OLT, ONT, OC Splitters, and Optical Cables etc. In addition, candidates should have basic knowledge of installation, configuration, monitoring, and management of Gigabit Technology equipment with high availability solutions.
