About the Role:

The position involves 24/7 operations, requiring flexibility to work various shifts and respond to emergencies as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
Implement and manage network security measures to protect data and systems.
Perform regular network performance analysis and capacity planning.
Document network configurations, processes, and procedures.
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in network operations or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF).
Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, SolarWinds, ScienceLogic).
Proficiency in configuring and managing network devices (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Palo Alto, FortiGate).
Understanding of network security principles and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP, PCNSA , PCNSE, FCF, FCA) are a plus.
