Network Engineer

As a Trainee Network Engineer in the IT Operations department, you will play a vital role in the dynamic IT team. This position is perfect for recent graduates or those with up to 6 months of experience who are eager to kickstart their career in network engineering. Working alongside senior engineers, you will receive practical training in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting networks. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining network hardware and software. - Support senior network engineers in daily operations, monitoring network performance, and identifying issues. - Learn to configure routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices. - Participate in troubleshooting network connectivity problems and implementing solutions. - Maintain documentation of network configurations, changes, and upgrades. - Collaborate with other IT team members to support overall IT operations and projects. - Stay updated on the latest networking technologies and best practices. **Qualifications Required:** - Basic understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP. - Familiarity with network devices like routers, switches, and firewalls is a plus. - Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team. - Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies. - Good written and verbal communication skills.
