.Net Full Stack Engineer

Role Overview:Deliver high-quality solutions through technical excellence, leadership, planning, and cross-team collaboration. Drive architecture improvements, innovation, and robust process adherence to support organizational goals and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities & KRAs:

· Deliver features/modules on time with <2% defects; ensure critical requirements are reviewed, mapped, and signed-off.

· Provide solution docs for each delivery; maintain code comments and project wiki.

· Lead and review code, enforce standards; achieve high code review approval rates.

· Propose and evaluate architecture changes, pilot new technologies and POCs.

· Improve estimation accuracy, log risks, complete compliance audits.

· Mentor junior engineers, deliver knowledge docs, and foster technical growth.

· Participate in meetings, contribute to stakeholder engagement and satisfaction.

· Plan infra, oversee deployment, ensure successful rollouts and documentation.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science or related field.

· 5+ years’ experience in full-cycle software development.

· Advanced proficiency with modern cloud, DevOps, and testing practices.

· Strong documentation, collaboration, and mentoring skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,300,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
