NC Programmer

Qualification- Diploma/ BE Mechanical

Responsibilities:        

1. Responsible for developing optimized NC program for new product.

2. Should implement best in class manufacturing methods and cutting tools

available in the market    

3. Develops tool setup sheets and standardize the process of machining    

4. Support in process planning and cutting tool selection for New products Skills

and experience required

5. On-time delivery of NC programs for new products 

6. Ensure zero non-conformance arising out of cutting strategy    

7. Compliance to system audits zero compliance issues  

8. Engineering graduate or equivalent with expertise in Power mill/Hyper mill/NX

- CAD CAM process and vericut simulation     

9. 4 to 10 years of experience in machining aerospace engine parts preferred

10. Experience in post process for 5 Axis, mill-turn and turn-mill preferred (Fanuc

/ Siemens)       

11. Strong analytical skills preferred  

12. Knowledge / implementation experience of zero-defect methodology
