Role & Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for Middleware (MW) applications, ensuring smooth system functionality.Monitor and troubleshoot middleware-related issues, identifying and resolving incidents in a timely manner.Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures for recurring issues.Manage middleware configurations, installations, and upgrades.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize application performance and reliability.Document technical procedures, troubleshooting steps, and best practices.
