Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Multi Skill Technician located in Faridabad. The Multi Skill Technician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various systems in our properties. Daily tasks include troubleshooting technical issues, performing preventive maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and responding to emergency repair requests. The role also involves managing inventory, working collaboratively with the operations team, and providing excellent customer service to guests.

Qualifications

• Technical skills in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry
• Experience in troubleshooting and performing preventive maintenance
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
• Ability to respond to emergency repair requests efficiently
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is preferred
