Job Summary
We are seeking a highly capable Integration Engineer with 5–7 years of experience to support the design, development, and maintenance of integration solutions across enterprise systems. This offshore role requires strong hands-on experience in API development, event-driven integrations, and cloud-native services, with a focus on reliability, reusability, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and support integration flows and APIs using platforms like MuleSoft, AWS Lambda, Step Functions, and/or Spring Boot (Java).
Develop integrations for both real-time (REST/SOAP APIs) and asynchronous (SQS/SNS/Kafka) use cases.
Implement data mapping, transformation, and enrichment using tools such as DataWeave, Python, or custom Java logic.
Collaborate with onsite teams to understand business and technical requirements and translate them into integration solutions.
Build and maintain reusable components for API security, error handling, logging, and monitoring.
Support unit testing, integration testing, and test automation for integration flows.
Monitor and debug integration issues using logs, tracing tools, and cloud-native observability platforms.
Participate in code reviews, peer collaboration, and continuous improvement of integration patterns and frameworks.
Required Qualifications
5–7 years of experience in enterprise integration development.
Solid hands-on experience with one or more of the following:
MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (API Manager, Runtime Manager, DataWeave)
AWS Integration Services: Lambda, API Gateway, SQS/SNS, EventBridge, Step Functions
Spring Boot / Java-based APIs
Proficiency with RESTful and SOAP APIs, message formats (JSON, XML), and integration patterns.
Good understanding of OAuth2, API keys, and other authentication/authorization protocols.
Strong skills in Python and/or Java for custom business logic.
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and version control best practices.
Exposure to observability and logging using CloudWatch, ELK, or similar tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Kafka, Kinesis, or streaming platforms.
Familiarity with Terraform, CloudFormation, or other IaC tools for integration provisioning.
Experience working in agile environments and with offshore-onsite delivery models.
Prior exposure to Airline, Logistics, or Healthcare industry integration use cases.
