This includes ensuring stability, performance, and security of the content management system, as well as providing technical support to users. Key skills required for this role include a deep understanding of OTCS architecture, installation, configuration, administration, troubleshooting, log analysis, server management, network configurations, database systems, RESTful APIs, SOAP integration, security protocols, compliance standards, user roles, permissions management, system monitoring, documentation creation, report generation, and effective communication with users and IT professionals. In addition to technical skills, proficiency in programming languages like JavaScript, Java, HTML/CSS, XML and XSLT, SQL, and experience with enterprise connectors, customization frameworks, workflow development, and cloud platforms will be advantageous in fulfilling the responsibilities of an OTCS Support Analyst.
