Job Title:

  • Edit and produce

    walkthroughs, reels, testimonial videos, and promotional content

    .
  • Create compelling

    motion graphics

    for advertisements, presentations, and campaigns.
  • Optimize all videos for

    social media platforms

    (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the

    design and content teams

    to craft engaging storytelling.
  • Act as an

    expert in reels & cinematic video design

    , delivering high-impact visuals.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in

    Multimedia, Animation, or a related field

    .
  • Proficiency in

    Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Final Cut Pro

    .
  • Strong understanding of

    real estate marketing trends

    and digital storytelling.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Deliver

    minimum 3 motion videos per week

  • Achieve

    CTR 3%

    on video creatives.
  • Ensure

    on-time delivery

    while maintaining creative quality standards.
