Motion Graphics Designer

The role involves leading the conceptualization and execution of creative design strategies across various social media platforms, ensuring high-quality video and motion graphics output, and continuous skill development of the design team. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and presenting creative design strategies for various Social Media Platforms. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Content Team for new deliverables, oversee design team deliveries, and ensure the maintaining of the quality of motion videos. Your role will also involve upskilling the team's capabilities, knowledge, and usage of design and motion tools, as well as regular upgrading of individual skillsets and design knowledge. To excel in this role, you should have strong Storyboarding Skills and working knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, SORA, KLING, etc. Proficiency in tools like After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva (3D Software knowledge preferred) is essential. A sound knowledge base in Brand Strategy, Advertising Campaigns, and Online Marketing will be advantageous. You should demonstrate the ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure, along with strong typography and visual storytelling skills. Your major Key Result Areas (KRAs) will include ensuring timely and high-quality content delivery for various products, presenting visual concepts, campaign reels, and videos, collaborating with the team to maintain consistency of motion designs across products, creating thought-provoking and easy-to-understand videos for educational products, taking ownership of creative quality and output across assigned projects, providing digital graphics support across media and communication platforms, and prioritizing and managing multiple design projects within time and quality parameters.,
