Modern Trade Manager

We’re hiring a Modern Trade Manager(Kolkata only) to lead our noodle product category across key modern retail channels. If you have a strong background in FMCG sales and thrive in fast-paced retail environments, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:Manage and grow relationships with key modern trade accounts

(e.g., DMart, Reliance, Big Bazaar, etc.)Drive sales, visibility, and product placement for our noodle range. Lead execution of promotions, planograms, and in-store branding.

Collaborate with the supply chain to ensure stock availabilityAnalyze sales trends and competitor activitiesLead a team of promoters and merchandisers

✅ What We’re Looking For:5–8 years of FMCG experience (at least 3 years in modern trade)

Strong negotiation and relationship management skillsExperience in the instant noodles / packaged foods category is a plusProficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting toolsBachelor’s degree; MBA preferred

Key KPIs:Sales growth through modern tradeFill rates and stock availabilityROI on trade promotionsCompliance on visibility and in-store execution
