About Global Talent Track (GTT)

Global Talent Track (GTT) empowers individuals and teams through impactful, heart-centric learning programs. With a team of experienced professionals, we focus on unlocking potential and helping organizations and communities achieve meaningful results.

Key Responsibilities

Connect with colleges, schools, NGOs, communities & local organizations to mobilize students for training programs
Drive mobilization through both offline & online channels
Regularly follow up with students and stakeholders to ensure engagement
Promote awareness of GTT Academy & identify new mobilization partners
Build long-term relationships with students and community stakeholders
Explore new markets and sources for student mobilization
Achieve monthly mobilization targets:

PWD Program:

150 students
EV Program:

75 students

Maintain records, documentation & timely data entry on TJM software
Capture and collect student video testimonials for impact showcasing

What Were Looking For

Passion for community outreach and student engagement
Strong communication & relationship-building skills
Proactive attitude with ability to achieve targets
Prior experience in mobilization / field outreach is a must
